Darius Fennell is a mental health recovery and therapy advocate. He is a proud HBCU alumni of North Carolina A&T State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Rochester. Darius is also a passionate published author (Helpful Living and Rally Up Magazine), mental health life coach, and support group facilitator with a strong desire to break down mental health stigmas especially among African American men. Leveraging from his own past mental health struggles and recovery, Darius desires for those who struggle with their mental health to never lose hope and find the courage to pursue the help and life tools needed to thrive.
