Tapas is a Sanskrit word which means  to generate heat. In Yoga, it refers to the heat that gets generated while doing any activity that involves determined effort to bring about a change. But it is not easy to practice Tapas.

This is the only country in the world that officially measures national happiness. The index is known as Gross National Happiness. The current king  is believed to have met every citizen in the country
