She has held previous roles in the House of Representatives on Capitol Hill, in-process and changes management at PWC and IBM, and in leadership development in the wilderness of Pennsylvania. She is also the co-author of Redeeming Heartache: How Past Suffering Reveals True Calling with Dr. Dan Allender.
