This is a solo episode. I like to use these solo episodes to explore and share ideas that I’ve found extremely valuable in my life.

Today I want to talk about a simple three-step process that has helped me grow in almost every area of my life. This process has also helped me learn and become proficient in a number of different skills (playing guitar, teaching, podcasting, composing, you name it.)

It is a mindset of personal growth that involves three simple ideas. I like to sum it up in three words; Try, Examine, Repeat.
