Jason Dana wrote an article entitled The Utter Uselessness of Job Interviews in the New York Times this past April. I found it very interesting and wanted to have him on the show to discuss this in more depth, which we did with the help of talent acquisition expert Mike Bruni.

 

Mike has been in the talent acquisition space for over 20 years. He has sharpened his skills in Human Resources and finding great people to work in the National Security Industry. Since 1997 Mike as led teams in recruiting and Veteran Outreach. @mikebruni

 

Jason is an assistant professor of management and marketing at the Yale School of Management.
