Self-care isn't a luxury; it's a necessity. The problem is that society says self-care should look a certain way &amp; that you can't really count it if your kids are with. That couldn't be further from the truth. 

Self-care for the overwhelmed Mom looks like total nourishment from the inside out, starting with your spiritual well-being, but that sounds like a lot, right? It is if you don't create a lifestyle that incorporates daily self-nourishment - kids included. 

It's time to stop just surviving and start thriving - not only for you, but for the future generations. Let's do this together!
