For this episode, I interviewed high profile Finance executive and a dear friend of mine Manish Sundariya
In his words, "just a normal Guy trying to make the best of this journey called Life", but incidentally the Global Program Manager of one of the biggest banks, Manis is in charge of teams spanning across 56 countries, so he got a rich experience managing people.
We talked a lot about his approach to managing people, or should I say more accurately, his value of taking care of people. In my opinion Manish is a living example of conscious leadership and what it means to manage from the heart.
We also talked about spirituality as a way of life, about Hinduist influences and why we are humans, about the theory of Replacement, Mother Nature and manifestation, about mastering survival mode and channeling our Inner Neo....
