I hinted in my final IG post from our WDW trip, and at the very end of last weeks episode that for the first time ever I had a small handful of "bad cast member experiences" on this most recent trip and that there was a noticeable change in the WDW experience. I do not hold back on this episode and I give you guys my honest opinions about the experiences we had, and why I felt so let down. I hope in some small way, that by talking about these things openly, and giving you honest feedback that it keeps a discussion going so that eventually it can help possibly bring some positive changes back to the WDW experience and we as a fan base can try and help convince Disney to make a better effort to start actually improving the guest experience once again.
