Xbox is slowly picking up steam after a few years of being stagnant, but they have a vision, and we are lucky enough to see it unfold in real time. As Xbox continues to push its play anywhere model, it seems like the next step in the console's evolution would be a handheld device. The Xbox app user interface shows a tab that reads Steam which means we could have access to the Steam app on this new handheld device.
