On this International Women's Day, I want to dedicate my time, focus and energy on the women of The Ukraine. They, who are the same as any women around the world, have had their lives totally upended, overnight, and now are drawing on their own internal resources to help themselves, their children, parents, husbands, neighbors and strangers just simply survive. Let's do what we can to give them a helping hand.
