Patricia (Patty) Smiley gives us a wonderful small town atmosphere in which her latest novel (#8) is set. Fictional Justice bay has all of the feels of a small town community, it's well to do, it left and returned and the ones who have stayed through it all. Some welcome Emmeline with open arms, but not everyone does. And someone is harboring a murderous past.
