Everyone loves a "nice guy" but do they appreciate them? How do you know when it's time to stop acting like a palm tree and bending over frontwards and backwards to support others to don't do the same to support you. It's wonderful to help others and make a difference but make sure you set limitations and that they always respect and appreciate you too.
