Why and what's next have huge distinctions not just in leadership in organizations but leadership in yourself. "Why" is where you, as a human, put all your focus and attention whenever you are stuck. We want to know why and it is very human to seek understanding. It's a gift, but the trouble is that you use "why" as a reason to stop moving forward.
