Research shows that 80% of people quit their New Years’ resolutions by mid February. Since we are broaching that point I want to do a pulse check with you to ensure we are at the stage of achieving our goals versus planning our goals. I address three steps to ensure we are goal achievers in 2020:

  1. Create your purpose statement
  2. Take small steps in executing your goals 
  3. Create boundaries around your goals
