Beginning this week we will spend a few weeks talking about leadership and how to be effective leading in our lives.

This week we will use the example of David who was anointed to be the King of Israel from a young age. But he didn't become King until several years later. However, he was most effective at all that he did prior to becoming a King and early on as King because he focused on the idea of "What is Important Now?".

Often times we ask the question of "When will I...?" fill in the blank. But in order to get to what God has promised in your life, instead change "when" to "WIN" and ask "What is Important Now?" This will change your perspective and allow you to grow into your promises in God's timing and make you a much more effective leader in all areas of your life.
