Turning 35 hit differently. It’s made me reflect on how much of my life I’ve spent waiting, waiting to be ready, waiting for circumstances to change, waiting for the fear to go away. And what I’ve realized is that life is now. The power is now. The version of you you’ve been waiting to become only shows up when you start moving.
This episode is me speaking to the unrelatability of finally being at peace with what is. Of no longer needing intensity, chaos, or struggle to feel alive, and realizing that gentleness is the new revolution.
