Welcome back for a new episode! Joining us as a 2021 recording all the way from the windy city is the wonderful Akshina- an old classmate Anu went to school with back in India. Akshina speaks to us about the challenges and appeal of academia, the tricky issue with career progression and workplace obstacles as a brown woman.
