Dr Hannah Sassi is a postdoctoral research associate in the School of Life and Environmental Sciences with a specialisation in environmental microbiology and virology. Her background is focused in public health and microbiology. This bright and visionary young woman transformed the way I think about food safety, insofar as how we ensure it, how we impart it, how we govern it.
