Local San Diego legend George Greco has quite the background from his 616 races, running a 6:07 mile after turning 70, to fighting fires with the US Forest Service and also being a software engineer.  We dive into what brought him to running, navigating the gear and nutrition needs for an Ultramarathon, and his self care routine to stay competitive in his age group.
