You ever wonder who "they" are ? ... Just curious I've been told almost everyday of my life that "they" have some rather distinct opinions of how I should live my life. These people we give power to have no idea what is actually happening in our life, they don't know our perspective, our why so then why do we care so much about their opinion? I will always say choice is the most powerful tool. Owning up to the fact that someone can only offend us if we let them and if they do upset you, what was the limiting belief you are carrying around? Keep this in mind, if you know every day that you are doing the best you can ... and "they" are doing their best, then what do we have to stress over ?  I love all of your sweet faces and hope this episode finds you well.
