For this episode, I interviewed real life Yogi Sumit Sharma.
Sumit comes from India, a land filled with yogis who saw that, the only way to make life successful was to be a yogi.
For a yogi is oneness personified. And when you live like a yogi, you are in the universe and the universe is in you.
Both intertwined make for a life full of cosmic wonders! And that's who Sumit truly is, a yogi.

The core message of this conversation is that the surest way to not experience spirituality is... to think (therefore to talk) about it!

So we had a great laugh with Sumit afterwards, sadly off camera, when I came to the conclusion that this conversation was technically making the whole podcast obsolete!
Though no, I won't retire the podcast just yet, it certainly gave me a wake up call to "think" less and "BE" more!
