Jim's guest today is coach Mandy Martinez.  Mandy is a highly successful cheer coach whose teams have won multiple state and regional championships.  Mandy has been named the Continental Cheer Coach of the Year, Colorado High School Sports and Activities Cheer Coach of the Year and National Federation of High School Sports Cheer Coach of the Year, just to name a few of her achievements!  Mandy shares with Jim her thoughts on building a winning team, the importance of trust between team mates and the realities of highs and lows in sports and life.
