I went away from what would usually be a positive way to start my morning feeling icky and thinking "how unprofessional"!

And so it got me thinking about professionalism - is it a subjective metric and how can we best deliver professional services within the skin management industry so as to elevate and champion our offering, rather than speaking negatively about someone else's?

On this episode, I'll be sharing what went down at my last Pilates class, how we can define 'professionalism' in business and some pointers for navigating our patient communications when we're asked questions like "what do you think about this product" or "I'm thinking to have Treatment X, what do you think".
