It's okay to make mistakes, we are here to grow and evolve and it's all part of the human journey. While I don't regret anything, I have definitely learned to change my beliefs and actions so that I am aligned with my highest self. We are all spiritual beings having a human experience, and there isn't anything you 'must' or 'cannot' do to be spiritual. Give yourself permission to fully enjoy the human experience.
