"The whole meaning of Man Up all changed for me in March of 2021 when one of my best mate’s, Michael, took his own life a couple of weeks into uni. Everything changed. My perspective, my values, my passions.
So without parting ways with my initial drive, working in males mental health and suicide prevention became the number one aim for me. An aim that was to do as much as I can to make sure we don’t lose more people like Mike."
