It’s coming up on the end of the year, and inevitably time for a new year and resolutions, and a look back.  It may even be time for a year end review of how you did.  

But why do we wait until the end of the year to do this review if at all?  Are we afraid of not measuring up or somehow not meeting our goals?  Why do we think we will do better when we’re not willing to look at what works and what doesn’t with an honest eye?
