One of the biggest problems I see with today’s society is that we struggle to have difficult talks. Anytime someone has a different opinion than ours. We get really defensive combative and we shut everybody out. The most damaging thing that we do is we stop talking. There are no solutions that have ever come from people not talking. You have to be able to communicate with people who don’t agree with you or see the world like you do. Let’s talk about it.
