• The manager we met the night before treated us to a special dinner.
• When we came into the restaurant he asked if he could take the menus and have the chef surprise us.

• This experience shows that he was cooking the same food but the packaging made it feel elite.
• The same goes for your brand and not owning your (.com) domain name.

• In this case I ended up giving out one of the biggest tips of the night just because of the special touch they gave us.
