10 years ago, I was not prepping food at all and was eating a lot of processed foods: breakfast cookies, soda, sandwiches, pizza...

And then as I was turning 30, I found myself staying in on Sundays so I could prep every clean meal I was going to eat throughout the week.

Ugh- there's gotta be something in the middle that isn't stressful, right? I share what "in the middle" looks like for me now.
