I've gotten lots of questions from frustrated women who want to heal from specific conditions and have been prescribed a strict diet to address their health concerns, but they find themselves overwhelmed, guilty, and ashamed when they can't stick to the diet for more than a few days. I'll share my thoughts on therapeutic diets and what I think we need to do before jumping into something extreme.
