Chris wasn`t someone historically that spoke up much or voiced his thoughts. This all changed once he lost his job back in 2009 and was looking for a new one. After applying for what felt like 100`s of jobs he was offered a place in a call centre for a national healthcare and advice service in the UK called NHS Direct.
