I had the privilege of sitting down with Night Cap last night and talking about all things music here in ATX. I love the approach these guys are taking to paving their own path. I am so excited to see where their ambition, and pursuit of authenticity takes them. • It was cool to learn that Jake and Ryan both grew up here in Hill Country. Alex brought up the fact that Austin used to have a unified identity. It was clear that Austin, and the surrounding hill country was one cohesive unit. We joked asking ourselves, “well, what are you going to do about it?”. • The fact is that y’all are doing something about it. We all are.
