Is your PT or fav Insta guru an idiot, for making any gut health recommendations, considering how much the smartest gut health researches, even know about the gut? Should gut health be considered when aiming to achieving fat loss? Whats the actual relationship between gut health, and fat loss? What are the basic things, you can implement, that will actually make a difference to 'gut health'?
