Jeff Smith is the founder of Cannon Fitness and Performance, Host of the Tactical Empire Podcast, Co-Owner of 68 Rental Properties, and is a Business and Fitness Coach. His previous career took him into the Army Special Forces with the Ranger Battalion, one of the most difficult achievements to attain in the Army. He is a father to 4 children ages 2 years to 9 years of age. To say his life is busy is an understatement.
The two Jeffs discuss the challenges of coming up in school, playing sports that drove a natural competitive spirit in both of them. Jeff Smith talks candidly about growing up without a Dad and having adversarial engagements with adults on his way to maturity. Jeff also shares his journey from the Help desk at State Farm after the military to, eventually working his way into IT where he worked building systems out for years before he and his wife opened a gym. They talk about society, focusing on the family, home schooling, and the overall mission of our time here on this planet.
