He is deeply interested in innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership, and organizational change. In addition, Jessup received the prestigious CEO Award from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) District VII, among other awards. He holds a doctorate in Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Arizona. He also earned his MBA and BA in Information and Communication Studies, both from California State University, Chico.
