On this episode, Josh and Tara sit down with Charlotte Miller, a renowned chef born and raised in Nashville. Although, Charlotte's story isn't like most chefs. She didn't start working in a kitchen from a young age. In fact, it wasn't until after college and a stint at an insurance company (which she couldn't stand) that she found her love for cooking and baking. Charlotte pivoted and started working for a caterer in Knoxville, even though she never worked in a kitchen before. From there, Charlotte went on to culinary school and is now the first African American woman to be a chef at the Hermitage Hotel (in it's 114 years) here in Nashville. This is Mama Blanche!
