My guest today is Marcella Leonard MBE, an independent social worker who is known nationally andinternationally for training professionals working with victims and perpetrators of violent and sex crimes.

She is passionate about strengthening safeguarding policy and practice across sectors and is currently Chair  of the Commonwealth Games Federation Safeguarding Panel.
