I am not sure about you, but the world feels very dark right now and if you struggle with dark thoughts, each day probably feels like a mental minefield.  In this episode, I share insights from my own personal experiences with dark thoughts, researchers who have linked child verbal abuse to adults who struggle with addiction, anxiety and self-harm tendencies.
