I’m today’s episode I talk about tattoos and how every transition in life transforms us, and while it may be hard to see this while you are experiencing it at the moment, you are meant to find yourself from transitions.
Alan Watts said that running away from fear is fear, fighting pain is pain, and trying to be brave is being scared. There is no escape. And I think what he means is we can find much of what we seek in our lives by accepting all of who we are.
Transitions in life are inevitable. And it's okay not to know what you want, or know who you are. It’s okay to not know what something means when it happens to you unexpectedly.
It’s okay to miss others, and to not miss them, because you have the right to feel and be whomever you want.
