We discuss various occurrences of growing negative sentiment towards Russia people. A distinction must be made between the Russia Government, Putin and innocent civilians who just happen to be born into a draconian regime. If we fail to make this distinction, the social consequences that continue to be levied are blind. There are certainly villains that exist, we just need to calibrate our aim precisely to capture them while avoiding innocents as much as possible.
