We Celebrate the 1 year anniversary of the birth Of the "Worlds Okayest Podcast" with a very special guest, Brian McNeal. Brian was diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia.  TN is a chronic pain condition that affects the fifth cranial nerve, which carries sensation from your face to your brain. It is considered to be one of the most painful afflictions known to medical practice. TN is also known as the "suicide disease".

In this interview, Brian shares his story with the guys about the on going battle that he fights everyday inside his head. But even dealing with some of the worst kind of pain, he is still able to share some laughs and be just one of the boys. - CAP
