In John 6, Jesus says He’s the Bread of Life: the satisfier, sustainer, and sustenance for what we long for and live for in life. We don’t need Jesus generally, conceptually, or situationally — we need Him daily. We can so easily look to other sources to quench our desires, rather than having our longings lead us to Jesus. We have to stay in the habit of coming to Jesus again, and again, and again. Let’s talk about it.
