Hi Pals! In this weeks episode I'll be talking about ways I manage my anxiety and self esteem challenges to FINALLY, for ONCE, begin liking myself. I think we talk a lot about self love, but sometimes love is such an all encompassing term. Sometimes you can even love something but not like it. You know what I mean? I wanted to focus on liking myself because I personally think it's harder. You can't just choose to like yourself, unlike love (sometimes). There needs to be reasons to "like"...which is why I discuss regulating anxious and low self esteem thoughts in this episode. Hope you enjoy!
