In our changing world of work, a supportive network, a network of professionals who can guide our careers can make a world of difference. However, not everyone has access to a supportive network of professionals.

Today's guest is looking to address this challenge. Audrey Bampoe is the founder of MDS mentoring. A mentoring program building supportive relationships with black female students who do not readily have access to black professional women in their own network.
