Recently I had an epiphany where I realized that a large part of "adulting" requires unlearning.
Unlearning everything you've been taught in school, unlearning societal norms, and mostly just unlearning ways that don't serve you. So naturally, I've changed my perspective on a range of topics/themes as well.
One of the key things I've learned recently is that I am solely responsible for unlearning and relearning (or take accountability for) my actions and my growth in my adulthood and beyond.
In this episode, I'm joined by Alyson, host of Shades of Brown podcast and the creator and facilitator of Healing From A Mother Wound. We discuss how important it is to learn from and heal our inner child, what mother wound healing is, and how the healing journey isn't pretty but is worth it in the end.
