Natasha Cockram is a Welsh international runner who is the current Welsh Marathon record holder over the marathon distance with a time of 2:30.50 breaking the previous record held by Susan Tooby since 2008. 

We talk about the impact of lockdown on Natasha's training, winning one of the only events to take place this year the Llanelli Half and looking forward to the next official marathon where she can attempt to qualify for the Tokyo Olympics and much more.
