In this episode, Niki Socratous gives advice on how to stop fears and perfectionism from stopping you in your life. π
π Fears:
1. Accept it's OK to feel your fears (Judging yourself for having fears won't help anything)
2. Look at the fear - What is behind this fear? Where does it come from? Make it all OK.Β
3. Surround yourself with messages about what you rather want to think (seek more empowering thoughts regarding your fears)
4. Decide whether you want to continue feeling this way or change it
π Perfectionism:
1. Accept things won't be perfect for the first time (BUUUM!! This is hard, isn't it? π)
2. Surrender into knowing it's enough even when it's not perfect
3. Approach new challenges with this thinking: "Let me experience it and find out how this works for me."
4. After each experience, decide: How do I want to make it next time? What is this showing me? What do I want to feel next time? Do I love who I am becoming?
Any experience is your chance to grow. They are all valuable!
