Hey yall! There is an never ending stream of things going on in the world: violation of women's rights, the U.S screwing over the people of Afghanistan...again, Hurricane Ida, the Panaroma V.2, and a stupid recall election in my home state of California.

With everything going on, it is still important to pause. So, thats what this episode is. We are going to slow down, be still, and breathe.
