Steve left the world of beauty products in 2006 to manage the entertainment program for the Commonwealth Games Athletes Village and found himself hooked! Since then, his love of bringing people together through curated entertainment experiences, earnt him the moniker of "Talent Maestro". He has engaged talent for over 300 events Australia wide and today focuses on producing special events, galas and awards nights.

Steve is part-time lecture and mentor at William Angliss and RMIT colleges and co-host of the Back to the Future of Events podcast.

As a spiritual counsellor and values based coach, he also helps individuals manage the major events of their lives.
