I am a mom of triplets plus one (4 boys). I was the mom who always brought in treats for every school event - 90% of the time I brought in cookies. Many of the parents told me I should sell my cookies because they were so good. There is a little more to the story here, but I ended up starting my business in 2015 but it was a frozen cookie dough product (NOT gluten free) that people could buy and bake at home. As my product reach grew, I was being asked more and more if I had anything gluten free. Thinking it was a trend, I dismissed it at first but then realized that there was a white space in the market so made a pivot to gluten free - not cookie dough, but a fully baked, fresh cookie product line.
